The entire neighbourhood of Vishrantwadi lies along the Alandi Road. Charholi Road is located approximately 3.8 km from Alandi road. Other prominent areas situated close to Alandi Road are Alandi, Charholi Budruk, Moshi, Chikhali, Bhosari, Chimbali, Kasarwadi, Pimple Gurav, Pimple Saudagar etc. Bhosari-Alandi Road, Alankapuram Road, and Charholi Road which intersect the Alandi Road and connect with Pune-Nashik Highway (NH 60). Alandi is one of the most well known places of pilgrimage for Hindu Marathi people for being the Samadhi of the 8th century Marathi Bhakti saint, Sant Dnyaneshwar. This road also passes through the famous Indrayani River.
