For you to be able to scan your business card, you will need a scanner. If you do not have a scanner yet, you can purchase one over the internet. It doesn’t matter if you will purchase a brand new or a used one, what matters most is it is functioning well. Another advantage of purchasing a scanner over the internet is that you can do it even without leaving your house. Make sure though that it is compatible with your current system. Before you close the lid of the scanner, make sure that your business car is in the right position. Now, you should launch the application for the scanner on your computer and press SCAN.
After the business car has been scanned, it will now be saved as an image file. From there on, you can do whatever you want with it. But make sure that you save it in a secure media.
